Branches
For owners and managers
Most companies have one branch. Add more if you work from several depots and want to split jobs, people and reports by location.
- Open Settings → Branches and select Add branch.
- Enter a short Code (shown on references, for example BRS), the Name, Phone and Email.
- Save.
The branch Phone is the number engineers’ Call office button rings.
People can be given roles for one branch only, for example a dispatcher who plans just the Bristol engineers.
