Contract billing

When you activate a contract with a value and a billing frequency, Sustainable ERP splits the value into instalments. A £9,400 contract billed quarterly becomes four instalments of £2,350.

When each period starts, a draft invoice is made for that instalment. You’ll find it in Invoices, marked with the contract. Check it and issue it as usual. Nothing is sent without you.

The contract’s Billing tab shows every instalment and the invoice made for it.

If you change the value, the billing frequency or the dates, the instalments not yet invoiced are worked out again. Ones already invoiced stay as they are.
