# Your dashboard

What the dashboard shows each morning: open and unassigned jobs, SLA risks, engineers today and money waiting to be billed.

The dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. Switch between **Today**, **This week** and **This month** at the top, and filter by branch or job type.

## The tiles

- **Open jobs**: everything not complete or cancelled, compared with a week ago.
- **Unassigned**: jobs waiting for a visit, and how long the oldest has waited.
- **SLA breached / at risk**: jobs that have missed, or are close to missing, their target.
- **Completed**: jobs finished in the period, with the first-time fix rate.
- **Ready to bill**: jobs with work not yet invoiced.

## Needs attention

A short list of things to act on now: an SLA breach, a top-priority job nobody has booked, a quote waiting for an answer, an overdue invoice, a failed check on a visit. Each has a button that takes you straight there.

## Engineers today

Who is on site, on the way, paused, free or on leave, and how full their day is.

Money figures (revenue, quotes won, debt) only show for people whose role includes financial reports.
